Our Policy

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

At Rich Texture Hair we strive to ensure that every purchase is memorable and that you are satisfied. If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have 14 days from the date of receipt to have any adjustments made. Under no circumstances will a refund be provided after the hair is received/delivered. Sole discretion rests with Rich Texture Hair on any adjustments.

SHIPPING

Orders take up to 72 hours for processing and credit card verification. Please allow 5-7 business days AFTER processing for your order to be received. Once merchandise has been shipped an email notification will be sent with tracking information. Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the next business day and will require an additional day for processing.

If you need your merchandise by a certain date, it is advised that you place your order early. This will allow for unanticipated delays in shipments that may be out of our control. We are not responsible for shipment delays due to carrier delays, inclement weather or holidays. If a holiday is within the delivery time period this will an additional business day to your shipping.

Orders will be shipped via USPS to the address provided. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as a tracking label is created. If you do not receive tracking information for your order please contact us. All deliveries will require SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. If the delivery is not successful, USPS will make two additional attempts. You may also have an option for you to arrange pick-up at the local USPS location. The customer is responsible for arranging pick-up. We will not issue refunds on any merchandise for abandoned or refused shipments.

INCORRECT ORDERS

Please double check and verify that your order is correct before you submit the payment. Upon receipt of your merchandise please inspect your new hair products thoroughly before removing the wrapping or zip ties. Please verify that you've received the correct length and texture. If an error has taken place on our part and we sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 business days after receipt of your order. We will ship the correct item(s) at our expense using the same shipping method.

REFUND/EXCHANGE

There are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES or CANCELLATIONS. However, if you truly believe that your merchandise is defective please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Hair must be in its original state and packaging with no signs of manipulation. We will not exchange any hair that has been worn or even washed. While we have a thorough inspection process for all orders, sometimes errors occur. It is at our discretion to determine whether the product is defective. 

Please note: Federal Law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regard to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.
