Q. Can I color or bleach the hair? A: Yes. Our virgin hair bundles can be colored, bleached, curled and straightened. However to ensure longevity of the hair proper hair care is mandatory.
Q. What color is the hair? A: Each bundle comes from a different donor so the colors may vary.The color will be the donor's natural hair color. Majority of the hair is similar to the color 1b.
Q. Can I get a refund? A: There are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES or CANCELLATIONS. Please double check and verify that your order is correct before it's submitted. However, if you truly believe that your merchandise is defective please contact us. Hair must be in its original state with no signs of manipulation. We will not exchange any hair that has been worn or even washed.
Q. When will my order be shipped? A: Orders take up to 72 hours for processing and credit card verification. Please allow 5-7 business days AFTER processing for your order to be received. Once merchandise has been shipped an email notification will be sent with tracking information.
Q. How do I care for the hair? A: We highly recommend co-washing the hair before it is installed. We also recommend you condition the hair weekly. A good quality, moisturizing conditioner is the key to soft extensions. Co-washing weekly is a good way to keep the hair hydrated. We would only advise you to use shampoo if the hair has a lot of build up. Sulfate free shampoo would be recommended. Use minimal heat, excessive heat can cause heat damage. Using a heat protectant will help prevent damage. Avoid cutting the wefts. This will lead to more shedding due to the open ended weft. Always detangle the hair starting with the ends using a wide tooth comb while it is wet or damp.
Q. Can I get a unit made if I provide the hair? A: Yes! All hair must be new, the wefts must be intact and the wefts cannot be cut up. You can select the Wig Construction Fee on the website when placing the order. Please provide your head measurements which consists of the circumference and ear to ear around the back. All hair for the unit is to be shipped to us. Please allow 4-6 business days for the construction of your unit. Once your unit is complete and has been shipped an email notification will be sent with tracking information. Please note if the hair is not new, all hair will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Q. What happens if my unit doesn't fit? A: We are not responsible for ill fitting units. Please make sure you select the correct size based on the circumference of your head when ordering. We also recommend you verify the size is correct before checkout. If the incorrect size is ordered and needs to be changed, please email us within 24 hours of order confirmation. The email should include your order number, your name and the correct size you need. If you receive the unit and is doesn't fit due to ordering the wrong size, we are not responsible. If the customer would like us to resize the unit it can be shipped back to us at the customer's expense. There will be a $50 resizing fee that needs to be purchased before shipping the unit back to us. Please send us an email including your order number and tracking number of the package you're sending. Once completed the unit will be shipped to the customer at their expense. Unit cannot be worn and lace cannot be cut.
